Crescendo dimentica di voler diventare clown e intraprende una professione che lo fa viaggiare per il mondo.  Quando incontra Pacht Adam, massimo divulgatore della pratica della clown-terapia, riscopre questo suo desiderio e comincia a seguire dei corsi che lo hanno portato a vivere esperienze di forti emozioni. &#13;
Che cos'è la clown-terapia? mentre Patric ci racconta la sua esperienza e ci accompagna dentro gli ospedali, gli hospice e le carceri, così come nelle piazze affollate, scopriamo il legame tra questa attività e il tema della serata: la comunicazione.
